Classes with Drop In Option: 

Mondays

  • Ashtanga Yoga: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM $10

  • Zumba Gold: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM $5

  • Chair Exercise 10:30 AM donation-based

  • Indoor Walking: 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM no fee

  • Vinyasa Yoga: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM $10

Tuesdays

  • Chair Yoga: 10:30 AM donation-based

  • Zumba: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Gentle Mat Yoga: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM $5

Wednesdays

  • Indoor Walking: 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM (also Mon & Fri)

  • Chair Exercise 10:30 AM donation-based

  • Tai Chi for Wellness: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM $5

  • Mindful Moves Yoga and Meditation: 6:45 PM – 7:30 PM $3

Thursdays

  • Chair Yoga: 10:30 AM donation-based

  • Chair Drumming (2nd Thursday of each month): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM $5

  • Zumba: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Fridays

  • Indoor Walking: 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM (also Mon & Wed)
